We have several menu plans. If none of them suit, we will help you design one that does.
All cuisine's can be catered for including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and diabetic.

GUARANTEE

If your guests do not get at least one generous serve there is no charge for another function, for the same number of guests for FREE.

Menu #4 - $21.90 pp, minimum of 50 guests

Salads 2If you are looking for an alternative to our famous hot spitroasted meats, here is an ideal buffet that may suit you.

Your choice of cold meats - choose any three.

  • Leg pork
  • Leg ham
  • Leg lamb
  • Turkey Breast
  • Whole Chicken

Served with gravy and a range of condiments.

Select any five from the following range of garden fresh salads:

  • Creamy potato
  • Baby beets
  • Waldorf
  • Green garden
  • Creamy coleslaw
  • Creamy pasta
  • Gourmet mushroom
  • Tropical rice

Includes:

  • Freshly-baked mini-damper rolls with butter
  • Highest quality disposable plates, cutlery & serviettes (OR china plates & stainless steel cutlery - $3.50pp).
  • Food presentation table
  • Leftover food offered to host
  • Trained staff to carve, cleanup and takeaway the rubbish

Conditions:

  • $21.90 pp minimum of 50 guests
  • Children 4 - 12 years $15.00 each
  • Minimum rate $1,095
  • Surcharge of 10% for Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Final guest numbers are required one week prior to function.

  • If you are having speechs/ presentations ect, please wait until all courses are finished.
  • Your food will be ready to serve at YOUR NOMINATED SERVING TIME. For this reason, we suggest you have your guests arrive 1 1/2 hours before serving time.
  • A cancellation fee applies if notification is not received within 14 days of your function date.
